Dev Devout is a website I created consisting of free web apps/tools and informational content to help designers, developers, and creatives. In addition to designing this website, I also coded some of its HTML and CSS, implemented its onsite SEO, and configured the production server.

What Hardware is a website that helps people easily find the ideal PC hardware using up-to-date data metrics so that they can make informed purchasing decisions based on their specific computing needs. I ideated, designed, coded, and pushed this website to production from scratch.

My Design Process

From Ideation to Design Handoff
Step 1: Empathize
The first step in my design process is to empathize and better understand the needs of users, stakeholders, and the overall digital product including problems, needs, and outcomes (KPI). If the task at hand is a redesign, it is important to first understand what's currently working and what’s not working well.
Step 2: Define
The second step in my design process is to synthesize the data and insights from the empathize phase to identify, define, and ideate on the key set of requirements, ideas, features, and overall structure of the designs to be implemented.
Step 3: Conceptualize
The third step in my design process is to conceptualize based on the results of the define phase by creating sketches and wireframes of the initial defined ideas.
Step 4: Prototype
The fourth step in my design process is to prototype the designs. The low-fi prototypes will be implemented first followed by initial testing and adjustments. Then the branding including typography, logos, colors, etc. along with the hi-fi prototype being implemented.
Step 5: Test & Iterate
The fifth step in my design process is to fully test and iterate on the high-fidelity prototype to make sure it meets the requirements, specifications, and desired results of all parties involved.
